Mike was very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with a lot of information to consider during the review process.  Mike balanced the line of being informative and responsive perfectly, without being pushy.  After we had limited our shingle preferences to 3 options, he was able to give us some addresses in the area where we could see the shingles on a full roof to help visualize what it would look like.  Abel Roofing also came up with a solution to help prevent the racoon break-ins we were having in a particular spot.  When the team came to do the tear-off and installation, they were professional.  The team leader, Bernice, was attentive and available to answer any questions during the roofing process.  The team did a fantastic job of cleaning up when the project was over.  The roof looks great and came in at the proposed price even though bad weather in the early part of one of the days caused an additional day of work.
