Once the crew arrived to start the work Jim,  the crew Supervisor, was there on a daily basis. Jim made sure that I was informed of what was happening each step  and what the next step would be, he also ensured that I was happy with each step as they went along. While working in the area, they dumped roofing shingles and debris that struck and damaged my parked vehicle. The crew clearly saw what happened, yet no one attempted to notify me, leave information, or take responsibility. Instead, they left the scene without saying anything. I HAVE THIS ON VIDEO!\n\nAccidents can happen on any job site. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. In this situation, there was no accountability, no communication, and no effort to resolve the damage. That lack of responsibility is extremely concerning.\n\nIf a company will ignore visible damage caused by their own crew and simply drive away, it raises serious questions about their professionalism and integrity. Based on this experience, I would strongly urge others to proceed with caution.\n\nEdit/Response:\n\nI want to clarify a few things in response to the owner’s reply.\n\nAfter this incident happened, I did exactly what was asked of me. I went to Custom 77 and obtained an estimate for the damage to my vehicle. I then attempted to contact your company multiple times to discuss the situation and resolve it, but I never received a call back.\n\nTo say that I declined to fix the issue is simply not accurate. I made the effort to follow up and provide the information that was requested. Unfortunately, the communication stopped on your end.\n\nAgain, accidents happen on job sites. My concern from the beginning has been the lack of accountability and follow-through after the fact. I have video footage of the incident, and I attempted to handle this in a reasonable and direct way.\n\nI hope the company chooses to address situations like this more responsibly in the
