It turns out he was the General Manager and he helped us out the entire time.  He asked us to test-drive a different Grand Wagoneer and while we were gone he found us the model we were looking for 2-1/2 hours away.  They went and picked it up the next day!  The GM managed our trade-in and financing the same afternoon.  They gave us a fair trade amount and made sure we were fully satisfied with the new purchase.  From start to finish the best car buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a bunch)!  From our initial experience with Billy to Robbie handling the rest and Julio managing the financing, this is a first-class team! Apparently there is hundreds of software updates that has to be done in these newer cars! Not to mention how rude they are when speaking to customers! Also needed a new key made got that now the car will show no key fob available I guess that would be the customers fault as well !!
