I called parts and was told they had the driver, but not the passenger headlight. I did have to talk to a service representative to have them get parts to order the passenger headlight, but it wasn’t much of a hassle. Andrew was the one I mainly dealt with. I arrived at 10:45 a.m. and realizing they were busy, had no problem getting out of there a little after 2:00 p.m.. Andrew, and the entire staff there at Honda in Columbia was absolutely amazing! They have two waiting rooms with plenty of seating, and even free snacks if you’re hungry. Bathrooms were very clean as well. To make matters worse, because of a nearby FIFA event, every single rental car in the area was fully booked by fans. I was frantically panicking, trying to figure out how to keep my kids safe and continue our trip.\nJust two hours later, Andy walked up to tell me our car was completely ready. He explained that he and his technician had never even seen this specific issue before. To get us back on the road safely, they actually took the necessary part off another new car on their lot to fix ours.\nAndy and his team literally saved our trip.
