From the moment I began chatting online late one night to ask about the vehicle until we drove out of the dealership two days later, everyone we dealt with was terrific.  Bill Shelton was so good about communicating with me and answering all my questions.  We arrived early in the morning and he was there waiting for us with the vehicle.  I took it for a drive and he showed me how everything worked and even helped me pair my phone, download the HondaLink app, and set it all up for me.  While we were signing papers he had the car detailed and even put nice new floor mats in the seating areas!  I was also very pleased with a much lower finance rate than I was expecting.  Cuong Nguyen helped us with the paperwork and explained all the different extended warranty options offered without any pressure to purchase.  We had not thought about an extended warranty, so when we had a hard time deciding he explained we could cancel within 30 days, which we did two days later after going a different route.  A simple phone call to Cuong was all that was needed.  He emailed a document to sign and send back to him and we were done.  We have only had our car a few days, but are really enjoying it.  This was our first experience with Columbia Honda, but based on this experience I can happily recommend purchasing a car from them.","relative_time":"5 months
