That should’ve been the first red flag.\n\nI agreed to the diagnostic anyway, thinking I’d get a thorough evaluation of my vehicle. Instead, what I got was the same generic information I could’ve gotten for free at AutoZone — some vague comments about sensors, with no detailed explanation and no printed report or paperwork at all.\n\nTo make matters worse, the diagnostic was done in about 30 minutes, which felt rushed for something that was supposed to be in-depth. When I spoke with the mechanic myself to ask if the transmission was slipping or if I might need a new engine, he told me that the guy at the front desk actually told him to stop midway through the diagnostic and not look any further.\n\nI confronted the front desk employee (the same person who gave me the original quote and told the mechanic to stop), and he first denied it — then confirmed it after asking the mechanic. Even after admitting they didn’t complete the full diagnostic, he still demanded full payment and provided no documentation or breakdown of what was actually done.\n\nThis place felt like a total scam. I paid for a full diagnostic and got nothing of value. Dishonest pricing, incomplete service, zero transparency, and no respect for the customer.
