They sold a work van to a friend of theirs (who wasn't licensed as a dealer), thinking they were a dealer. That person sold us the work van. When we realized we had been title jumped, we back tracked to the Iverson's. Originally, they stated they were more than happy to work with us, as they also made a big mistake that could get them into legal trouble. In order to make it right, they would provide us with the correct title. We shipped them our title overnight. Supposedly, our title was sent into the state for a replacement relevantly soon...weeks turned to months, and over a year has passed. Austen would be good at communicating for a bit, then disappear, making excuses like \"his kids took his phone\". Over a year later, and all communication ceased from them. We've called, messaged, and mailed them correspondence with no reply. Over a year later, we've got a stolen title, and a totally unusable work van sitting in our driveway. I'm beyond frustrated with their lack of professionalism. Other people may or may not have a good experience with them, but stories like this need to be shared.
