The following day I was driving on a short trip and noticed a squealing sound.  Upon inspection I noticed that the left front wheel had overheated, and the wheel cover was separating from the wheel (photos attached).  I returned the vehicle to the shop and explained the issue.  The following day, it was determined that the caliper needed to be replaced.  The next morning, I met with Jerry, the District Manager, he inspected the vehicle and got involved with the repair.   He discovered the hydraulic line also need to be replaced, which it was.  He test drove the vehicle to ensure the vehicle the problem had been completely repaired. The Mechanic took me inside the shop area and showed me what he was doing and pointed out why my tires wore out on the sides and showed me what was the cause. He took pictures and sent them to my phone Very enlightening and I made plans to correct the problem. I was not there a long time 4 tires, front end alignment and oil change. Everything was great except when it came time to pay but that’s my problem.
