What a dump. Handicapped have to walk all the way across the parking lot, enter the hospital, walk all the way across the hospital across uneven under construction floor to the elevator, then walk across to the check in desk. They argue about the orders. They argue about payment. No one is listening or reading the orders as written. X-ray tech said it was good I kept the paperwork because check in wrote the orders down wrong. Check in said they were overworked. I have heard this every single time I have been at this hospital. How can it be under construction for over 30 years and there is no improvements? It looks the same, smells the same, floors are hodge podged together. Same creaky elevators with new linoleum. It all looks dirty and done badly. Trim falling off missing chunks of floor don't reach the walls. What kind of construction person does such a horrible job? Nothing can really be clean because the whole place is a mess. Nothing in the world takes 30 years to repair. Someone at the hospital is making a lot of money off this constant construction. Someone should audit converse county hospital for fraud. Seriously over 30 years of construction with nothing to show for it. It's not bigger or better or supplying more services.\nMy xrays were ordered by the state of Wyoming. The letter clearly states they are responsible for the bill. I am still listed as a payor of the bill. Check in said that is just standard. That is a scam from billing in my opinion. I should not be listed since I am not responsible in any way. Bad practice. Telling me it is automatic is a cop out response. Fix your system or train your perpetually overworked staff to do the check in correctly.\nIf I hadn't read the state of Wyoming letter to the tech I would have gotten the incorrect xrays. That would have been the overworked check in staff again. Just a frustrating process.\nOutside a doctor was parked on the sidewalk in front of handicapped parking so you can't get to your vehicle. There is already a doctor parking space. This man was pulled over out of the space onto the sidewalk. How does that make sense? At this point i am in so much pain but I have to wait for this vehicle to move. Very frustrating. The whole experience is inconvenient and frustrating.
