The staff was courteous and friendly and empathetic to my situation\nI told Dan I was going to the Steelers/Browns game and if he got me in on Monday, I would cheer for the Browns for one quarter. Unfortunately, it worked against me because my Steelers lost, but Dan was happy (see photo).
