Darnell (my sales associate) was happy to come pick me up and dropped me back off when we were finished . He was super helpful and patient and answered all my questions and took the time to understand my situation and helped me come up with a game plan . I ended up with a 2023 Kia sorento ex super clean low mileage and a really fair price . We set a down payment price and he helped me get approved for financing on the rest and arranged for a ride later in the week to pick me up from home (Shout out to Frank the auto shuttle driver he was great also!) . All around great communication and stress free experience . The finance guy Blake was also super helpful actually ended up getting me a lower rate than expected which was great. All around 10/10 . I’m sure all the sales reps are great but if you go into west hills Kia you can’t go wrong with Darnell!
