I showed up and was greeted by 2 sales guys who worked in tandem to show me different models and go on test drives with me. They helped me narrow it down to my perfect ride to fit my needs! During this process, they introduced me to every staff member that happened to be passing by, each friendly! Once I picked my car, it was time to talk numbers. I met with multiple different parts of the team, the finance guys were incredible and able to work numbers with me to get the best deal possible for me and a stellar warranty since I commute so much. One of the guys took time to THOROUGHLY go through every button of my new car, set up my Bluetooth with me, and walked me through the MyMazda App so that way when I left, I didn’t have to figure it out on my own. The sales manager, Derek, stayed late with the other staff who stayed late for me to get me home in my new car! I came back the next day to finish up some paperwork and met again with staff from the night before, all super friendly and got me through everything quickly and efficiently to get me all set! Big shout outs to John and Trey who helped me pick my car and test drive multiple models with me, Derek the sales manager who called me the next day to ensure I didn’t have any questions, was satisfied with the process, and to congratulate me again, Jeremiah and Magdy in finance who helped me get my best deal, and Brian who walked me through my entire car set up showing me the ins and outs of my cool new whip! To note, because I went to buy a car by myself, I had no one to drive my original car back for me since I wasn’t doing a trade. Jeremiah and Brian drove it back for me so that I didn’t even have to give anyone a ride back to the dealership. Seriously VIP service from EVERYONE involved! I was ensured that it doesn’t stop here either, I was given personal numbers to reach out if I need ANYTHING involving the car and that was a huge relief. This was my first brand new car I’ve purchased and I was a little nervous about that and everyone really eased the process and never felt pushy about anything, which as a woman showing up to a dealership alone, you can feel like you’re being swayed into something that’s not maybe the best fit for you but this was not the case at all! We went to Bremerton to visit our son and decided to stop by West Hills Mazda and look at the inventory. They had a CX5 in a color package and trim we liked. We were working with Derek Foster. It was Memorial Day Weekend and they were having a Beach Party Weekend special. Derek went out of his way to give us the best possible deal. Part of their promotion was a free Traeger grill and some Amazon gift cards. Both were very nice additions. When we got home we tried to redeem the Amazon gift cards and found they were reading invalid. Not a big deal but we did let Derek know and he personally purchased a $100 gift card for us adding to the great buying experience. My son has also purchased vehicles from West Hills with great success. They are a great dealership with outstanding customer service.
