He was welcoming and put us right at ease. We were treated like family. They kept us informed of each step in our cars care. The videos of the car inspection were very helpful in explaining our cars maintenence needs. They were very up front with the service needs for the car as well as the prices for each. I loved that you could pick or refuse what you wanted done during that visit. We were shown the options of various payment plans. While we waited for our vehicle to be completed,  we were given coupons for their shared Cafe with Ford for complementary hot or cold drinks or a variety of snacks. They also had hot sandwiches that you could purchase, which were very tasty. Mazda also had a lovely waiting area with hot coffee and snacks.This was indeed a great experience and I would recommend this dealership and Brian to help you take care of your car needs.
